One in four people are diagnosed with some form of cancer.  Many have health insurance and money to pay for treatment of this terrible disease.  Others do not.  The James L. Quint Foundation provides financial assistance to help cancer patients pay for treatment or expenses incurred from the treatment of cancer.

Our primary purpose is to provide financial assistance to cancer patients who otherwise have no financial means to receive cancer treatment or pay for expenses incurred while receiving cancer treatment such as nutritional supplies, prescriptions, medical supplies, transportation getting to and from treatment facilities or physician facilities.

Cancer patients without resources should be given the chance to survive this dreadful disease and be able to maintain a reasonable quality of life while in treatment.  The focus for these people should be to get well, not how to pay for treatment.  Being diagnosed with cancer is a fight in and of itself.  We are here to help those people.
